  1. I knew most of these, though “Usain Colt” was a new one on me. If I recall, there was a big nightclub fire in (I think) NYC, that caused a large number of deaths because the management had the escape doors locked to keep people from sneaking in. And something similar happened, though I can’t recall the country at the moment, in a garment factory. If there’s any good in those events, it at least shows that the US hasn’t cornered the market on greedy stupidity.
